What it is: 
Salsa macha is an oil-based condiment originating in Veracruz, Mexico.

What to expect:
A smoky, spicy chili crisp with heat that lingers. You won’t want to put the jar down.

What’s in it:
Extra virgin olive oil, garlic, apple cider vinegar, sesame seeds, dried chili peppers, shallot, oregano. CONTAINS SESAME.

What makes ours different:
We use only premium extra virgin olive oil and a proprietary blend of six chilis to give it a complex, dimension flavor.
